FREE DELIVERY:

We deliver free of charge to all UK Mainland postcodes for orders over £299. For lower value orders there is a charge of £19.95.

OUR DELIVERY SERVICE:

Most larger items of furniture are delivered to the room of your choice by two-person teams. Our delivery teams must adhere to Health and Safety Regulations when delivering and are entitled not take your order to its intended location if that may entail their contravention. We may use a postal or single person delivery service for smaller items, beds, and mattresses and in that case delivery will be to your door. If delivery to you room is essential then please check at time of ordering so that we may choose the appropriate shipper. In some cases for low value orders there may be an extra charge for two-person delivery Unwrapping and final assembly of any sub-units is for the customer to undertake unless we have previously stated in writing on our invoices that our agents will do this. Where, for reasons of access, larger items have to be further dismantled beyond the units in which they are supplied then our two-person delivery teams may be able to do this for you, time permitting, at an additional charge of £50 per hour and on request. This is payable directly to the delivery team on completion of the task. This additional service is purely at the discretion of the delivery team unless we have previously stated in writing on our invoice that we will do this.

DELIVERY NOTIFICATION:

Unless we have posted your item or are using a courier service, our delivery agents will contact you to book in a delivery. In order to maintain an efficient nationwide service you are unlikely to be able to specify a particular day for your delivery. We do not normally deliver on weekends or Bank Holidays. We regret that customers will be asked to pay congestion charges where these are incurred. We must be able to park legally close to the delivery point. Please advise us if there are unloading restrictions in your immediate vicinity as our delivery teams must adhere to these and cannot carry heavy items for excessive distances. In these circumstances you may need to seek a temporary permit from the appropriate authority.

DELIVERY PRACTICALITIES:

Please ensure the items you purchase fit into your home, through your front door, and through all internal doors, staircases and turns to their destination point. We will not remove doors or windows in order for delivery access, nor will we deliver to the room of choice if in the opinion of the delivery team, it is not possible to do so without risk of damage to the property or the item being delivered , or if it puts the delivery team at risk or likely to contravene Health and Safety Legislation. For ease of handling and delivery, larger items such as beds, wardrobes, dressers and tables may require partial or total final assembly by customer.
